Uygunluk

Roomie’yi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hizmeti kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız; kayıt sırasında beyan ettiğiniz doğum tarihi kontrol edilir; 18 yaşından küçükler profil oluşturamaz ve eşleştirmeye katılamaz. Yaşını yanlış beyan ettiği anlaşılan hesaplar kapatılır. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.

Topluluk kuralları — uygunsuz içeriğe sıfır tolerans

Taciz, nefret söylemi, tehdit, müstehcen/yasa dışı içerik, spam, dolandırıcılık ve başkalarını taklit kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu tür davranışlarda bulunan kullanıcıların içeriği kaldırılır ve hesapları kalıcı olarak kapatılır. Paylaştığınız profil, fotoğraf ve mesajlardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.

Bildirme ve engelleme

Her kullanıcıyı uygulama içinden şikayet edebilir ve istediğiniz kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikayetler yetkili ekibimiz tarafından en geç 24 saat içinde değerlendirilir; inceleme sırasında ekibimiz şikayete konu içeriğe ve mesajlara erişebilir. Kural ihlali tespit edilen içerik kaldırılır, ihlal eden hesap askıya alınır veya kalıcı olarak kapatılır. Engellediğiniz kişi sizinle bir daha iletişim kuramaz.

İçeriğiniz üzerindeki haklar

Paylaştığınız fotoğraf, biyografi ve mesajların hakları size aittir. Yalnızca hizmeti sunabilmemiz için — içeriğinizi barındırmak ve uygulama içinde göstermek için — Roomie’ye sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı vermiş olursunuz; bu hak hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer. İçeriğiniz reklamda kullanılmaz, satılmaz.

Kimlik doğrulaması yoktur — kendi takdirinizi kullanın

Roomie kullanıcıların kimliğini doğrulamaz; selfie veya yüz doğrulaması yoktur, hesap açmak için bir e-posta adresi yeterlidir. Bir hesabın arkasında gerçekte kimin olduğunu garanti edemeyiz. İlk buluşmalarınızı kamuya açık yerlerde yapın, tanımadığınız kişilere para göndermeyin, şüphelendiğiniz hesapları şikayet edip engelleyin.

Ücret

Roomie şu anda ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli özellik sunulursa fiyat ve koşullar satın alma öncesinde gösterilir; mevcut özellikler ücretli hâle getirilmez.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Roomie bir tanışma/eşleştirme aracıdır; kullanıcılar arası anlaşma, kira sözleşmesi, ödeme veya birlikte yaşamdan doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değildir. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Bu sınırlar, mevzuatın izin vermediği hâlleri ve tüketicinin kanundan doğan haklarını kapsamaz.

Hesap kapatma ve değişiklikler

Hesabınızı istediğiniz an uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları bildirimsiz kapatma hakkımız saklıdır. Koşullarda esaslı bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinden duyururuz.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatınız varsa tüketici hakem heyetine veya kendi yerleşim yerinizdeki tüketici mahkemesine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

Eligibility

By using Roomie you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old; the date of birth you enter at sign-up is checked; people under 18 cannot create a profile or take part in matching. Accounts found to have misstated their age are closed. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.

Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content

Harassment, hate speech, threats, explicit or illegal content, spam, scams and impersonation are strictly prohibited. Offending content is removed and the accounts behind it are permanently banned. You alone are responsible for the profile, photos and messages you share.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any user from inside the app and block any user you choose. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and our team may access the reported content and messages while investigating. Reports are acted on within 24 hours; content found in violation is removed and the account behind it is suspended or permanently closed. A user you block can never contact you again.

Rights in your content

You keep the rights to the photos, bio and messages you share. You grant Roomie only the limited licence needed to host and display that content inside the app; it ends when you delete your account. Your content is never used in advertising or sold.

No identity verification — use your judgement

Roomie does not verify the identity of its users: there is no selfie or face check, and an email address is all it takes to create an account. We cannot guarantee who is really behind an account. Meet in public places, never send money to someone you have not met, and report or block anyone suspicious.

Pricing

Roomie is free today. If paid features are introduced, the price and terms will be shown before purchase, and existing features will not become paid.

Limitation of liability

Roomie is a matching tool; it is not responsible for agreements between users, lease contracts, payments, or any outcome of living together. The service is provided "as is". These limits do not cover liability that the law does not allow to be limited, nor your statutory consumer rights.

Closing your account and changes

You may delete your account from inside the app at any time. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms without notice. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to apply to a consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court where you live.
